A post that has been on my mind for a while 😅 This one is about logos, if you’re interested, have a read 😉
I get asked about discounts quite often, and I think it’s finally time to explain why I don’t offer them.
Over the last few years, I’ve rethought my approach to design. I’ve become much more confident as a designer and grown a lot professionally. I understand better what I want to create and what kind of result I want to deliver.
I don’t work on a high-volume basis. I can spend several days on one logo because I believe it’s worth taking the time to rethink details and find the solution that works best. A logo can represent your kennel for many years, so I don’t believe it should be rushed.
My work goes far beyond the logo itself. I create several concepts, make revisions, work with colours, fonts and the overall visual direction, and prepare a complete package with different colour versions, a finished visual presentation, clean vector files and raster formats for digital use. It’s a lot of work, and every part of it matters.
And with AI, it has become incredibly easy to generate something in a few minutes and call it a “logo”. Some results may look quite decent, but a professional logo is about much more than that. Many AI-generated and stock-based solutions feel generic and lack the character of a particular kennel. An AI-generated raster image also cannot replace proper vector files needed for printing, embroidery, clothing, packaging and so on.
So, at the end of the day, it’s pretty simple: some people choose quality and an individual approach, while others choose something cheaper.
My work takes time, experience and attention to detail, and all of that has its value.
And still, I want to end this post on a positive note 🫶🏻 I’m truly grateful to everyone who trusts me with their projects, appreciates my work and recommends me to others. It means a lot to me ❤️🥰

I’ve been wanting to write this post for a while, and I think it’s finally time to share a little more about my approach to my work. ✨🥰

After 9 years in this industry, I’ve grown a lot as a designer. I’ve found my own style, my own way of working, and a very specific approach to creating logos for breeders.

Over time, I began bringing ideas from the wider world of branding into the dog breeding industry, where this kind of approach is still quite uncommon.
I don’t want every kennel to have the same familiar look. I want to find what makes each brand special and build its visual style around that.

The visual side of a brand speaks for a kennel before someone even reads its name. Colours, fonts, details and mood all help create that first feeling.

That’s why the logo is only one part of my work. I create a complete visual direction around it and show how the brand can look beyond the logo itself.
How I work 🩵

First, I get to know your kennel, your ideas and preferences, and collect references to understand the style you have in mind.

I create the animal illustrations from your photographs, keeping their recognizable features and character.
Then I develop 2–4 concepts for you to choose from. Once we choose the direction, I refine it and bring it to the final design.

I then create the visual presentation, bringing together the colours, details and overall mood, and showing how the logo can look across different products and materials.

Finally, you receive a complete set of files, including clean vector files for professional printing and the formats needed for digital use.

I don’t want to simply create a logo. I want to create a visual identity that feels like your brand and reflects its own character.
In my next post, I’ll talk a little about my pricing😉
