Klaus Fellner geht dabei insbesondere auf die Umsetzung der EU-Richtlinie 2016/943 zum Schutz von vertraulichem Know-how und vertraulichen Geschäftsinformationen (Know-How Richtlinie) in österreichisches Recht ein.

K2 now seamlessly connecting with Namirial eSignAnyWhere e-signature orchestration

Triggered by various prospective and existing customers demanding an alternative solution to US headquartered e-signature solutions in the cloud Namirial partner IT Sistemi has developed the zero-code eSignAnyWhere plug-in for K2 intelligent process automation platform.

The new plug-in is enabling K2 users to trigger e-signature processes seamlessly from within K2 using Namirial Digital Trust Services underneath the hood. Users can select from a wide range of electronic signature methods including qualified electronic signatures (QES) created using a remote certificate.

Thanks to Namirial being certified as a Qualified Trust Service Provider according to EU Regulation 910/2014 all eSignature needs can be addressed in one-stop shopping mode.

Forrester is covering changing requirements for electronic signature integration and is recommending its clients to strengthen their signature toolkit. Companies that so far relied only on simple e-signatures only must rethink that strategy. While national legislation should indicate which transaction requires which signatures, companies should decide which risk mitigation strategy it prefers to adopt for simplest, higher-value, and higher-risk transactions.

Published almost exactly 4 years after EU Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS went into force, this report is looking into digital signature solutions with a focus on capabilities of qualified trust service providers, including Namirial.

Die Zuger Polizei ist unter den Polizeiorganisationen der Schweiz einer der Pioniere in der umfangreichen Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse in denen Unterschriften erforderlich sind.

Michael Rudolf, Dienstchef Kantonales Lagezentrum der Zuger Polizei, stellt in diesem Webinar vor, wie die Zuger Polizei verschiedene Methoden zur Erzeugung elektronischer Signaturen in ihre Prozesse und ein System zur polizeilichen Vorgangsbearbeitung integriert hat. Dabei wird er insbesondere auf die Notwendigkeit zur Nutzung fortgeschrittener elektronischer Signaturen in der Strafverfolgung eingehen.

Unterstützt wird Michael Rudolf in diesem Webinar von Experten der beiden Vertrauensdiensteanbieter Swisscom Trust Services (Manuela Hasler) und Namirial (Klaus Fellner und Jörg Lenz). Die beiden Anbieter spannten zusammen, um eigenhändige Unterschriften in forensisch auswertbarer Form rechtsverbindlich in digitale Prozesse einzubinden.
