Projectstudio join Factory Berlin network!

Share competence and opportunities is the mantra of Projectstudio. Projectstudio and Stratasys J55 can do this job!

As you know, small objects are complicated to have with additive manufacturing. Not because of the smallest part you need, but because the printer needs support to hold these objects.
When the objects are so small compared to the support needed, it will be impossible to do the task.
Not at all, not when using Stratasys Polijet technology.
Challenge was to design and print objects for the luxury market so small that the minimum thickness is two layers of minimum resolution (32 microns).
That is possible because the support material is a sort of gel you can remove easily. Yes, I agree with all; it is not a simple task to remove this support from a net of 32 microns thickness, but, with passion and patient, we do it in 40 minutes for all pieces.
Take a look at the object in comparison with one Eurocent coin.
It is not a question that one machine can do all, but you need to use the proper machine and the correct right (for removing support and polish the objects).
Expertise does not pop up magically in one day but grows by accepting and trust in challenges!

Grab reality at the speed of light!

When you are a part of fundamental transformation, always when your ideas need to apply to the architectural changes, you need to have the complete vision, the whole model fully metered and geo-localized.

As you know, pictures are the fastest elements and the quick way to grab reality. Unfortunately, pictures that describe the scene but do not contain measures do not collect geo-localization information.

It's time to go beyond. The laser scanner is the solution! At the speed of light data, data captured are complete. The point cloud captured is all you need, or not?

Most of you also know the point cloud is the perfect reality capture technique, full of information but not directly usable on your AEC software. The step further is to use particular tools (faro As-built suite) and let the machine recognize point (surface) as a solid element like wall, windows, roof, etc.).
We grab this stable construction for the old century in minutes with our Faro M70. The tool we use transforms the point cloud into a model using Autodesk Revit as landing AEC was Faro As-Build for Revit, et voilà.

We start at 9.00 am, and we end at noon, with the end of plotter work.
Simple, reliable, fastest as the speed of light, and finally accurate. Ina simple word, coherent.

This is the best way to let our imagination free.
