“The biggest hat in the world! (Guiness book of records)
I had the pleasure of working with Portafield Studios on this incredible project. As a team, it was the perfect match — I carried out all the 3D work while the rest of the team knuckled down and handled everything else.

It wasn’t the easiest project, but it was such a great experience working alongside Robert and Cory. Looking forward to more fun projects like this!

Carys - A Portrait of Perseverance
This sculpture is inspired by a photograph of my niece, Carys. It doesn’t capture the conventional beauty or elegance often associated with ballet, but rather the strength and resolve that she embodies as a dancer. The piece reveals the grit and determination required to reach her level of mastery.
From a very young age, Carys dreamed of becoming a professional ballet dancer. She pursued this passion with unwavering focus, enduring setbacks and overcoming challenges that at times seemed insurmountable. Yet, she pressed on, driven by the conviction to make her dream a reality. Today, Carys stands as a testament to what can be achieved when passion meets perseverance, having achieved her goal and flourishing in her career.
This sculpture honours her journey and the tireless effort that brought her to where she is now.
