Lunedì 3 novembre 2025, a Bologna, 𝗥𝗘:𝗟𝗔𝗕 ha partecipato alla 𝗚𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗶 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗶 𝗕𝗔𝗖 sviluppati nell’ambito dello 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝟭 del .fondazione

Nel corso dell’evento, 𝗥𝗘:𝗟𝗔𝗕 ha presentato i risultati del progetto 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦, sviluppato in collaborazione con il partner Università di Bologna. Il lavoro è stato portato avanti in sinergia con il progetto 1.10 Beyond the Space life, Digital Living Lab Human Life in Space e il progetto 1.2 Advanced virtual tools for digital acquisition and visual/haptic XR interaction for textile industry.

𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦 è una 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮 per i designer che operano in settori strategici come quello tessile e aerospaziale. Combinando 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 e 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬, la piattaforma consente un’interazione multisensoriale con oggetti digitali, unendo vista e tatto per un’esperienza immersiva e realistica.

La curatela attraverso la storia: inaugurazione del VR Corner alle Gallerie Estensi

A Modena è stata inaugurata ufficialmente l’𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗮 del nostro progetto con Gallerie Estensi, come parte della mostra “Vedere e rivedere. La storia della Galleria Estense attraverso i suoi allestimenti”, organizzata nell’ambito del Festival della Filosofia PAIDEIA.

In questa occasione RE:LAB si è occupata del concept e dello sviluppo tecnico, grafico e
interattivo. Un'esperienza immersiva che trasforma la visita museale, permettendo al pubblico di esplorare opere e collezioni attraverso tre diverse fasi storiche (Ricci 1924-25, Salvini 1946 e Mezzetti 1975), ricostruite virtualmente tramite lo studio delle fotografie presenti negli archivi delle Gallerie Estensi e il raffronto coi cataloghi. Nelle diverse fasi il visitatore sarà accompagnato dalla voce del Direttore o della Direttrice di quella specifica epoca e potrà vivere l’allestimento di quel periodo.

In the era of Industry 4.0, companies need faster training processes, intuitive interfaces, and technologies that are not only efficient but also safe.
𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗧 leverages 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 to provide an immersive and precise framework for robotic arm training, ensuring accuracy, safety, and usability.
The project is developed by 𝗥𝗘:𝗟𝗔𝗕 in collaboration with 𝗧𝗨𝗠 - 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮̈𝘁 𝗠𝘂̈𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 and the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻, within the European program 𝗲𝘂𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗡.

We participated in the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 together with our partners for the 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦 project, within 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝟭 of the cascade funding calls of MICS Made in Italy Circolare e Sostenibile .fondazione

Since 2005, the European Commission has promoted this initiative to bring science closer to citizens. Held every last Friday of September across Europe, it’s a chance for the public to meet researchers and discover innovation through interactive activities and demonstrations.

At the event, 𝗥𝗘:𝗟𝗔𝗕 presented with the partner the 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦 project — a 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 for designers in strategic sectors such as textiles and aerospace. By combining 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, it enables multisensory interaction with digital objects, merging sight and touch for an immersive, realistic experience.

Always committed to research and the development of advanced technologies, we continue to explore new solutions to improve the interaction between humans and machines.

On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, we attended the 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to present Station #3 of Furiose Interazioni, “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯”.

This use case, part of the broader project developed in collaboration with 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗘 and Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples, revolves around the concept of digitally rewriting a literary masterpiece:

La scorsa settimana abbiamo partecipato a 𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼 durante la 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦, parte del percorso 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦 e programma formativo della 𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦, all’interno del PNRR “𝘊𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘕𝘦𝘹𝘵-𝘎𝘦𝘯 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺”.

È stata un’occasione preziosa per 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶 𝘀𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗶 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶, portare la nostra esperienza e co-progettare con ricercatori e ricercatrici di CHANGES, favorendo il 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹’𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲.

Giulia Losi (PM e UX Designer in RE:LAB) ha tenuto uno s𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝘂𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹’𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗼, mostrando come integrare competenze tecniche e umanistiche. Successivamente, i partecipanti hanno sviluppato percorsi progettuali di design thinking, uno dei quali proposto a RE:LAB con grande entusiasmo.

A chiudere, Roberto Montanari (co-founder e Head of R&D in RE:LAB) ha sottolineato 𝗶𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲.
