From Rimini to Porto Potenza Picena, another meaningful milestone has been reached.

Today, the Mediterraneo in Rosa crew was welcomed by local institutions and the community of Porto Potenza Picena, where Mayor Noemi Tartabini and City Council President Catia Mei joined the initiative in support of its message of awareness, prevention, and solidarity.

We are proud to share that the project “Designing the Future: Technical Internship at Elettromedia”, developed in collaboration with .montani of Fermo, has been recognized among the winners of the regional “Stories of Work-Based Learning” award promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Marche.

The project highlights the experience of students who explored the world of electronics applied to audio, gaining hands-on skills and direct exposure to innovation through their internship at Elettromedia.

Supporting young talent and helping bridge the gap between education and industry has always been part of our commitment. We believe that investing in the next generation of engineers, technicians, and innovators is essential to building a stronger future for our industry.

Advancing audio innovation through research.

We are proud to have contributed to the AES 160th Convention in Copenhagen, one of the world’s most respected forums for audio engineering and scientific research.

During the event, Elettromedia presented the paper “Virtualization-Based Mechanical Loudspeaker Protection Using Nonlinear Wave Digital Modeling”, introducing a novel real-time DSP methodology that accurately models the nonlinear mechanical behavior of loudspeaker drivers to prevent over-excursion while maintaining audio fidelity.

The research highlights the potential of combining physical modeling, embedded DSP technologies, and acoustic engineering to address complex loudspeaker protection challenges through innovative software-based solutions.

At Elettromedia, research and development are fundamental drivers of innovation. Engaging with the global audio engineering community through events such as AES enables us to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and transform advanced scientific research into technologies that enhance the performance and listening experience of our products.

We are pleased to have participated in the MAE Meets Companies event organized by the Cremona Campus of Politecnico di Milano , an important opportunity to connect academia and industry.

During the event, we had the chance to present Elettromedia, share our experience, and engage with students, professors, and professionals interested in the evolution of the audio industry and technological innovation.

We strongly believe in the value of collaboration between universities and companies, and in the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for dialogue with the next generation of professionals.

Connecting education and industry.

Yesterday, Agnese Pantaleone, Marketing Director, and Matteo Kalogris, Communication Manager at Elettromedia, joined the Marketing course of the Bachelor’s Degree program at Dipartimento di Management - Univpm of Univpm Università Politecnica delle Marche led by Professor Federica Pascucci.

During the Marketing lecture, students had the opportunity to explore topics related to brand positioning, integrated communication, and real-world marketing strategies through practical examples and direct industry experience.

We strongly believe in the value of collaboration between universities and companies: sharing knowledge, experience, and vision with younger generations means contributing to the growth of tomorrow’s professionals.

We would like to thank Professor Federica Pascucci and the DIMA Department for the invitation and for this valuable opportunity to connect with students.

That is why we launched I-TEAM CHALLENGE: four team-building days designed and led by Paolo Ragni from Ideadisviluppo, focused on strengthening what truly makes an organization solid — the quality of its relationships.

We explored topics such as engagement, self-awareness in relation to others, and the effective management of interpersonal dynamics.
We also worked on understanding personality differences, learning how to recognize and value them in order to build a more conscious, authentic, and effective way of collaborating.

I-TEAM CHALLENGE is just the beginning.
