What exactly did we do?
Dentiweb is our own product — a personal Totaliweb project, not a client commission. We built it to fix a problem we kept seeing across the dental market: getting a professional online presence is slow, expensive and fragmented.
The problem
To get online, a dental practice typically faces a €5,000–€12,000 upfront build, then has to juggle separate vendors for hosting, SEO, email, security and maintenance — each with its own bill and its own login. Most practices end up with a slow, outdated website that brings in almost no new patients, and they have no single, fast platform to manage everything they actually need.
The solution
So we built Dentiweb: a tailor-made website plus every service a practice needs, bundled into one simple monthly subscription and managed from a single dashboard. No big upfront investment, no hidden costs, no scattered providers.
Every practice gets a custom website (a choice of six designs, personalised with their own brand), premium NVMe European hosting, a free domain, monthly SEO, a 24/7 AI chat assistant that answers patients day and night, an integrated patient booking & CRM, daily AI-assisted backups, SSL and full GDPR compliance — all included, all handled for them.
The result
Today 127+ dental practices run on Dentiweb, with a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating. A new site goes live in about 15 working days, practices typically see up to +200% more appointment requests from the web, and a real case reached ROI in 60 days — all for €99/month, with no hidden costs. The fragmentation is gone: one subscription, one dashboard, everything covered.
