🗓️ On May 20th and 29th, the 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬𝐗𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 took place as part of the Start'Ship 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭, in which the of the is a partner.

🚀 The initiative involved students in an intense applied innovation experience, directly confronting real challenges coming from the startup world.
👥 A total of 𝟏𝟕 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 competed to solve challenges launched by international CEOs working in the fields of health, nutrition, and healthy ageing.

🎯 The Hackathon promoted collaboration among students from diverse academic backgrounds, professionals, startups, and business leaders to develop high-impact innovative solutions.

🤝 A unique opportunity for hands-on learning, co-creation, and networking, where entrepreneurial spirit, multidisciplinary skills, and strategic vision came together.

We are proud to share that the Local Pitch Competition for the Start'Ship project took place January 8th at the Dipartimento di Economia, Management, Istituzioni | Unina Federico II 🚀
Eight teams showcased their innovative solutions, all focused on health 🏥, nutrition 🥗, and well-being 🌿.
The winning team, FLATMATCH, impressed the jury with a project aimed at enhancing roommate matching, cohabitation management, and residential well-being 💪

Gli studenti del Corso di Laurea in Innovation and International Management dell' Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II hanno messo alla prova la loro creatività affrontando le sfide proposte da Gioielli e Orlando srl.

Le soluzioni innovative presentate hanno rappresentato un'autentica celebrazione della valorizzazione delle risorse e dello sviluppo sostenibile delle comunità locali 🌍💡

🚀 On May 13th and 14th, the Students X Student Entrepreneurs Hackathon took place at the Dipartimento di Economia, Management, Istituzioni as part of the Start'Ship project!

During these two intense days, students formed 5 teams and worked together to develop innovative projects in the fields of health, nutrition, and active aging🏥🥦🧓 💊

This event was dedicated to providing students with practical experience in carrying out an entrepreneurial project, promoting the development of their entrepreneurial skills through hands-on learning experiences.

🎯 The specific objectives of the program were:
👉 To provide an interactive activity for the development of entrepreneurial skills.
👉To raise awareness among students about the skills necessary to carry out an innovative project.
👉To facilitate knowledge exchanges between business managers and students.

🚀 Today, we took a deep dive into the future of healthcare innovation at the business development session of the Start'Ship project with Stefano Tagliaferri, CTO of Kelyon 🆙

Exploring the boundless potential of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare was truly enlightening. Stefano's insights shed light on the exciting possibilities and potential risks of AI in revolutionizing patient care 🏥💡

During the session, Stefano Tagliaferri shared three thought-provoking prompts for entrepreneurial ventures leading up to the Start'Ship project hackathon, set for May 13th and 14th at the Dipartimento di Economia, Management, Istituzioni. These prompts - AI for diagnostics, AI for personalized medicine, AI for remote monitoring - are catalysts for innovation in healthcare, paving the way for groundbreaking solutions and advancements.

It was an honor to welcome Sobereye inc. a pioneering US-based company renowned for its technical excellence in image processing and artificial intelligence software algorithms. Sobereye inc.. offers a revolutionary solution - "Real-Time Impairment Detection" - crafted to prevent workplace accidents through automated pupillary analysis. Their innovative self-test, taking just one minute, empowers employees to uphold optimal safety standards.

This collaboration perfectly aligns with our mission to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and fostering a culture of innovation. By facilitating practical learning experiences and knowledge exchanges between industry leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs, we're equipping students with the essential skills and mindsets for success in the startup ecosystem.
