🤝 Collaboration with our distributors is a key element of MTA’s growth and in bringing our solutions to international markets, even on the other side of the world.
We were therefore pleased to welcome to Italy our Japanese distributor Kimura Corporation, an important partner for MTA’s presence in the Asian market.
During the visit, the team had the opportunity to explore our Headquarters in Codogno, gaining deeper insight into our products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.

⚡ At MTA, our journey towards energy self-sufficiency continues with the installation of a new 2.2 MWp ground-mounted photovoltaic system, covering an area of 20,000 sqm.
A project designed to overcome the saturation of existing rooftop installations and further expand our renewable energy production capacity.
Today, we reach a total installed capacity of approximately 3.4 MWp, with an estimated annual production of 4,200 MWh, equal to about 25% of our total electricity needs.

⚡ In MTA continua il nostro percorso verso l’autosufficienza energetica con l’installazione di un nuovo impianto fotovoltaico a terra da 2,2 MWp, su una superficie di 20.000 mq.
Un progetto nato per superare la saturazione delle coperture esistenti e aumentare la nostra capacità di produzione da fonti rinnovabili.
Oggi raggiungiamo circa 3,4 MWp complessivi, con una produzione stimata di 4.200 MWh all’anno, pari a circa il 25% del nostro fabbisogno elettrico.

🎗️ This year as well, MTA Antenne is proud to support, as a partner company, the WelfareCare – “Free Mammography and Ultrasound” initiative, confirming our ongoing commitment to prevention and health.
Last Monday, the prevention day took place in Isola Vicentina: an important opportunity that allowed many women to access, free of charge, essential screenings for the early detection of breast cancer. Welcoming them was the pink mobile clinic, equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by a specialized team of healthcare professionals.
We are proud to contribute to projects that promote a culture of prevention and people’s well-being.

🎗️ Anche quest’anno MTA Antenne sostiene, come azienda partner, l’iniziativa WelfareCare – “Mammografia ed Ecografia Gratuita”, confermando l'impegno concreto a favore della prevenzione e della salute.
Lunedì scorso si è svolta a Isola Vicentina la giornata dedicata alla prevenzione: un momento importante che ha permesso a molte donne di accedere gratuitamente a esami fondamentali per la diagnosi precoce del tumore al seno. Ad accoglierle, la clinica mobile in rosa, dotata di strumentazione tecnica all’avanguardia e presieduta da un’équipe di personale medico e sanitario specializzato.
Siamo orgogliosi di contribuire a progetti che promuovono la cultura della prevenzione e il benessere delle persone.

Another wonderful evening of music at MTA 🎶
On Friday evening, the winter garden of our Codogno headquarters was once again filled with music.
The highlight of this third edition was vocal jazz, beautifully performed by students from the “G. Nicolini” Conservatory in Piacenza. A musical journey spanning swing, bossa nova, and improvisation, where the voice became the beating heart of the jazz language, in continuous dialogue with the ensemble.

Un’altra splendida serata di musica in MTA 🎶
Venerdì sera il giardino d’inverno della sede di Codogno si è nuovamente riempito di note.
Protagonista di questa terza edizione è stato il jazz vocale, interpretato con grande talento dagli studenti del Conservatorio “G. Nicolini” di Piacenza. Un viaggio musicale che ha attraversato swing, bossa nova e improvvisazione, dove la voce è diventata il cuore pulsante del linguaggio jazzistico, in dialogo continuo con l’ensemble.

For the second consecutive year, the “MTA Scholarship in memory of Eng. Umberto Falchetti” has been awarded – a recognition granted to the final-year student of Liceo Respighi in Piacenza who has most distinguished themselves in the study of Physics.
This year, the scholarship was awarded to Raffaele Cinti (Class 5A), who has achieved outstanding results in the subject over the past three years.
The scholarship was established to honor the vision and legacy of Eng. Umberto Falchetti: the principles of Physics are indeed the foundation of the design activities on which MTA has built the success of its solutions for the automotive sector.
👏 Congratulations to Raffaele, with our best wishes that this achievement marks just the beginning of a brilliant future path.

Per il secondo anno consecutivo è stata assegnata la borsa di studio “MTA in ricordo dell’Ing. Umberto Falchetti”, un riconoscimento che premia lo studente o la studentessa dell’ultimo anno del Liceo Scientifico Respighi di Piacenza che si è distinto nello studio della Fisica.
Quest’anno il premio è stato conferito a Raffaele Cinti (classe 5ª A), che nel corso dell'ultimo triennio ha ottenuto risultati eccellenti nella disciplina.
La borsa di studio nasce per ricordare la visione e l’eredità dell’Ing. Umberto Falchetti: i principi della Fisica rappresentano infatti il fondamento dell’attività progettuale su cui MTA ha costruito il successo delle proprie soluzioni per il settore automotive.

🤝 Collaboration with our distributors is a cornerstone of MTA’s growth and plays a key role in bringing our solutions to international markets.
We were therefore particularly proud to welcome our Greek distributor Brilis to Italy, with whom we have been collaborating for over 50 years.
During the visit, together with their customer Autospark, they had the opportunity to experience our sites in Isola Vicentina, Rolo, and Codogno firsthand, gaining deeper insight into our products, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
A special thank you to the Brilis team for their visit and for their ongoing commitment in representing MTA!

Electric mobility 🔌 At MTA’s Codogno and Rolo sites, we have installed 11 EV charging stations, providing a total of 22 charging points to support company vehicles.
Each charging point delivers a guaranteed output of 11 kW per vehicle, ensuring efficient charging and optimized charging times. The infrastructure is also designed for growth, with provisions already in place for future installations, confirming our ongoing commitment to developing sustainable and innovative solutions.
At the same time, our company fleet has been upgraded with the introduction of new plug‑in hybrid vehicles.
A project that contributes tangibly to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and represents a significant step forward in the transition toward more responsible mobility.

Mobilità elettrica 🔌 Nelle sedi MTA di Codogno e Rolo abbiamo installato 11 colonnine di ricarica, per un totale di 22 punti di ricarica, a supporto delle auto aziendali. Ogni postazione garantisce una potenza effettiva di 11 kW per singola vettura, assicurando ricariche efficienti e tempi ottimizzati. Sono inoltre già presenti le predisposizioni per future installazioni, a conferma di un impegno continuo nello sviluppo di soluzioni sostenibili e innovative.
Parallelamente, il parco auto aziendale è stato rinnovato con l’introduzione di nuovi veicoli plug‑in hybrid.
Un progetto che contribuisce in modo concreto alla riduzione delle emissioni di CO₂ e rappresenta un passo significativo nella transizione verso una mobilità più responsabile.
