In response to the new European regulations and safety standards, Cardin offered approved, certified products and 24V motors.

International expansion accelerated. The SL1524 motor was born: encoder, force detection, self-programming, and multilingual display. A product that was ahead of its time.

And the Series 449/486 became a timeless classic, one still among our best-selling products.

Being ready ahead of the new regulations has always earned us distinction.

📌Do you have multiple photocell pairs installed close together? The signals risk interfering with one another. Synchronisation is the solution.

When is it needed?
For installations with multiple access points or tightly spaced photocell pairs, such as industrial gates, apartment block gates, and double entry points.

Two types:
⚙️ Simple — up to 2 pairs, easy to enable, AC power supply only
⚙️ Advanced — up to 8 pairs, set up via DIP-switch (TX/RX) and "SINC." wire connection between transmitters

To bear in mind:
Synchronised photocells must not interfere with any other infrared systems present in the installation.

A well-configured installation will cause no problems and save you from having to return to the site or make emergency call-outs after completing the work.

📌Più coppie di fotocellule ravvicinate? I segnali rischiano di disturbarsi a vicenda. Il sincronismo risolve esattamente questo.

Quando serve: Impianti con accessi multipli o coppie ravvicinate — cancelli condominiali, industriali e doppi varchi.

Due tipi:
⚙️ Semplice — fino a 2 coppie, facilmente selezionabile e solo con alimentazioni AC.
⚙️ Evoluto — fino a 8 coppie, codifica con dip-switch (TX/RX) e collegamento SINC. tra trasmettitori

Da tenere a mente: Le fotocellule sincronizzate non devono interferire con altri sistemi a infrarossi presenti nell'impianto.

Un impianto ben configurato non crea problemi, non ti fa tornare in cantiere e non genera chiamate di emergenza dopo l’installazione.

Our automations live outdoors: heat, cold, rain, humidity, temperature fluctuations.

That is why, during the development phase, every prototype passes through our testing room — fully equipped to simulate exactly those conditions.

Usage cycles, thermal stress, long-term stability. Every critical issue is identified and resolved before the product goes into full-scale production.

Once production begins, every item is subjected to dedicated quality checks to ensure maximum performance and compliance with Cardin's standards.

👉Quality is not declared. It is proven — from the very first prototype to the last production batch.

When installing a wireless safety system, the choice of frequency makes the difference between an installation that works and one that causes problems.

The rule is straightforward:
📡 Remote controls at 433 MHz → safety devices at 868 MHz
📡 Remote controls at 868 MHz → safety devices at 433 MHz

Different frequencies for remote controls and safety devices: essential in installations with a high density of radio devices.

Cardin offers both versions to give you the flexibility to handle any scenario at its best.
