We were delighted to welcome Cristiano Ghibaudo - Il metodo Lara once again for the final workshop of our 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: a moment dedicated to realigning intentions, strengthening trust, and reconnecting with what guides us both as individuals and as a team.

This session marked the closing chapter of our program for 2025, a path designed to bring personal and professional development even closer. Through reflective conversations and group-based activities, we explored how clarity of goals and mutual trust can become powerful drivers for a healthier, more collaborative, and future-ready work environment.
