Its way faster to get out. You’re pushing the board away from your foot when you release. It’s lightning fast.
If you have mobility issues, these are mandatory. You’ll save about 20cm of reaching.
Those first 2 points will add up if you ever get stuck in a compromised situation, like in a treewell, you have a much better chance of getting off of your board. They could be life saving.
They take a couple minutes to install, fit all the step ons, and yes, you can still fold down your highback.
WHICH PUSH BUTTON DO YOU NEED?
Goofy - Order the Left Version
Regular - Order the Right Version
RIDING SWAPPED HIGHBACKS?
When you look down at your Right binding, you’re now using a Left lever. Vice versa if you did the swap on a Left binding now you need to order a Right lever.
Union Bindings do not allow for the lever swap; so you order a Right lever for a Right binding, and then a Left lever for a Left binding.
