Let us introduce the women of our project:
Franca Camiciottoli is our Responsible of Amministration, was born and raised in Florence where she obtained her diploma in Accounting.
With 40 years of career, she has a long experience as Administrative Manager in the management of active and passive accounting processes, collections and payments as well as in the management of employee personnel and in support for payroll processes.

Susanna Rupp is our Responsible of Comunicaton has a Foreign Trade Degree, and worked at numerous well-known studios of Italy-that served the most outstanding fashion giants. She had 15 years of experience as Chief Executive Officer for Stella Marina Exclusive Beachwear brand, presenting the prototype at international fairs, organizing it, organizing media appearances, and later organizing production processes and sales.
As the commercial manager of Stella Marina Exclusive Beachwear, she has been involved in managing the process of marketing these swimwear on the market, organizing their appearance at international fairs, overseeing contacts with company costumers, and the editorial offices of press.

We continue to introduce our team members with our head of engineering, Massimo Bianchi:
After he graduated he started working in the BILLI Company from the 60s at the development planning department, which company was the primary designer in the world in those years.
In the 70s he led the design department at the MATEC Company (former BILLI Company). At the end of the 70s he became manager of the design department of the company LIBRA, where with his management they designed the first ladies' machines for the GOLDEN LADY brand and then he also supervised the construction of these machines in the SAMO Company (Brescia -ITALIA).
In the 80s - BREMATEX - a company where he became director of the development of many machines for women and men's clothes (socks). They sold machines to Turkey-China-Iran-Italy and America.
In the 90s' he joined Golden Jersey, where he continued to design machines for socks and sold thousands of machines.
Throughout this path, several international patents were made in the textile field. Currently he makes technical consultations for companies in the sector and regarded as one of the best technical experts in the field.

NbyN Team introduction: HPCC System s.r.l. is owned in equal part and administrated by Riccardo Camiciottoli, Gabriele Camiciottoli and Carlo Casini since March 2008.
Carlo Casini and Riccardo Camiciottoli have been long time friends since their teenage years. He came out of school with a degree in industrial electronics. His name was provided from the school to MATEC a year after graduation and he was hired as field technician on some of the first electronic controllers showing up on circular knitting machine. He started to travel around the world right away servicing the electrical and electronic part of the equipment and training personnel on how to use and program the machine as well as the use of novel computer systems need to developed design to be reproduced on the fabric. He distinguishes himself right away from the knowledge and the results achieved on the field gaining a lot of respect from the company and the customers. Being extremely passionate about anything technical he did not take him long to learn all the various aspects of the circular knitting machine, not just the electronics but also the textile and mechanical parts. For these reasons he became one of the most sought-after technicians in the company. Customers around the world and the company prototype development department request his presence constantly. Because of the size and importance of the USA market MATEC positioned Carlo in this country where he lived for many years but also traveling around the world as well returning in Italy every time he was needed. In his position, besides following the installation of the equipment with all the training required, he was sent to verify, solve and develop solutions to problem or special request from the customers. The knowledge acquired was utilized also when new equipment was under development. At the end of 2005, the owner of MATEC, Lonati Group, announced the closing of the Florence factory and such operation was completed at the end of 2006 at which time he returned to live in Italy. A small production of MATEC model was transfer to Brescia where the Lonati Group is located, and he was placed in this facility as RD reference for the lady hosiery equipment. Because of the weekly travelling back on forth from Florence to Brescia he decided to leave the company at the end of 2007, and he join Riccardo and Gabriele on founding HPCC System until now. In NbyN project Carlo is the responsible for the electronic developments.

COMPANY Introduction:

HPCC System was born from twenty years experience in the fields of mechanics and electronics.
Thanks to the investment on latest generation equipment we are able to perform 2D/3D milling operations aided of 4th and/or 5th axis as well as turning operations of complex profiles with machinery equipped with Y axis control, 2nd chuck and motorized tools. These operations can be realized on various materials such as plastics like polyethylene and PVC, various range of metals from aluminum alloys, steel to titanium and specialty material like ceramic and carbon fiber.
HPCC System is also equipped with a large range of instruments of various degrees of complexity for controlling and testing the parts been realized. From simple mechanical instrument to linear height gages and a computerized machine to test geometrical forms in its tridimensional measures. A profile projectors allows us verify parts in absence of technical drawing.

The deep knowledge in the field assured an optimal use of advance technology allowing

HPCC System to realized mechanical parts and electronic assembly such as mould for carbon fiber, cams with helicoidal profile and digital control system with microprocessor.
