A great day of ideas, exchange and AI at AI@DEI 2026!

Our colleague Enrico Ursella took the stage to share how we use AI and computer vision at MiCROTEC, and how research can translate into real-world applications in the wood industry.

Our collaboration with the University of Padua goes back a long way. Over the past six years, 19 students have completed their theses with MiCROTEC, bringing fresh ideas, curiosity and new perspectives to our work.

A big thank you to the Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell'Informazione - Unipd for creating another great opportunity to bring students, research and industry together!
