Sometimes you’ve been working on the same problem for so long that finding a solution becomes harder and harder. Maybe what you need is simply a different angle.

Bringing it to the NOI Hackathon gives teams the chance to look at something you know well, approach it differently and take it in directions you may not have considered.

In 24 hours, all of this can turn into prototypes, new ideas or simply give you something new to think about. 💡

Maybe all it takes is a new point of view. ✨ Become a Supporter and bring your challenge to the NOI Hackathon! https://hackathon.bz.it/become-supporter

When your company brings a real challenge, teams of developers, designers and creative minds bring their skills, fresh perspectives and 24 hours to work on it.

You get to see how different people approach your challenge, discover new ideas and meet young talents working wit data and technology.

And sometimes, the connection doesn’t stop when the events ends, it can lead to collaborations, new opportunities or even new people joining your team. ✨

What happens when real-world challenges meet fresh perspectives and 24 hours of creativity?

New solutions can take shape, unexpected approaches can emerge and new connections can begin! ✨
This is what the NOI Hackathon is all about: developers, designers and creative minds work side by side, bringing together different skills, building prototypes, testing ideas and turning concepts into solutions in just one day.

Sometimes, these connections go even further: from collaborations to discovering talents who could become part of your team!

💡 Bring your challenge to a future edition and build new connections!

Congratulations to GeoFeel for winning the Open Data Hub challenge! 🙌

Through the challenge presented at the 10th NOI Hackathon Summer Edition, Open Data Hub, the European digital platform supporting digital solutions powered by real data, explored new ways to make data easier to understand and interact with.

🌐 As part of an active collaboration with Suggesto, a company specialised in e-tourism services and technologies for web and mobile applications, Open Data Hub invited participants to transform Open Data Hub datasets into interactive spatial visualisations using Godot and Meta Quest 3.

Four teams developed different approaches, exploring how real data can be experienced in new ways through immersive technologies.
The winning project, GeoFeel, took a different approach from the other teams, focusing on enhancing haptic feedback. The team transformed Open Data Hub data into an interactive experience, adding a new layer of interaction and immersion.

For Open Data Hub and Suggesto, one of the most valuable aspects of the event was seeing the variety of ideas, projects and perspectives brought by the teams, showing new possibilities for using real data. 🔍 Discover all of them now! https://www.hackathon.bz.it/
