🤖 NOI HACKATHON SFSCON Edition 2025 | TELMEKOM challenge

How can we build interfaces that make human–robot interaction more effective?
Telmekom challenged teams to develop an app, dashboard or web interface that connects to a server exposing APIs for interacting with different robot classes. Participants had access to both live and static data and were free to decide how to use it. They also had the chance to test their solution as a proof of concept with real robots from their chosen class, present at the Telmekom stand of the Hacking Village of SFSCON in the Crane Hall.

Prototypes had to:
🔹 Connect to the robot API server
🔹 Use APIs from one or more robot classes (cleaning, delivery, logistics)
🔹 Apply the available data in a way chosen by the team
🔹 Be Open Source

🌿 NOI Hackathon SFSCON Edition 2025 | KONVERTO challenge

How can we make sustainability part of routine work?
KONVERTO challenged teams to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that demonstrates how AI-driven insights and gamification can empower employees to make measurable sustainable choices, turning awareness into collective climate action.

Prototypes should:
🔹 Estimate CO₂ using data such as commuting, business travel or workspace use
🔹 Present actionable insights to motivate change using any technical approach such as AI data visualisation or gamification

🌱 NOI Hackathon SFSCON Edition 2025 | Infominds SpA challenge

How can technology make sustainability reporting clearer, more accessible and genuinely transparent?
Infominds set this challenge, inviting participants to design a prototype such as an app, dashboard, platform or AI tool to improve how organisations collect, analyse and communicate their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impacts.

Teams focused on one of four goals:
🔹 Data Automation & ESG Tracking to gather environmental or social data via IoT, ERP or API sources and generate periodic reports
🔹 Interactive Sustainability Reports to turn static documents into visual, accessible digital experiences
🔹 AI for Transparency & Verification to analyse, verify or benchmark ESG data
🔹 Engagement & Education to help employees or citizens understand their individual contribution to sustainability goals
