Our brand name popped out while brain-storming what represents the union. That’s why “Unio”, a latin word which means union, was chosen. It merges us into our mutual passion: design. It also summarizes our beliefs about friendship and mutual help, that's why we choose an old african motto which says: «If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.»
We started out of a home
studio, designing for personal pleasure and aiming to grow as much as possible in quality of a new-thinking company while living in a small territory. Our goal is to achieve the no-compromise quality even if it requires undefined hours of work, it’s the invisible detail and the final quality of our work that matters indeed. It’s the only way to be different, we believe. Much of the work that we design has a distinct modern style, retro and vintage isn’t ignored although. Bright colors and cool graphics mash up with recovered vintage resources. Thinking outside the box helps us to keep our individual strengths collected to delivery quality works.
