Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions effectively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
• Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate technical information to clients.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
