Job Opening: Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage high-value accounts, drive sales growth, and enhance customer experience through strong relationship building.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key customer relationships
Drive sales growth (upselling & cross-selling)
Analyze customer behavior and market trends
Monitor performance and sales reports
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
Lead promoter teams and resolve customer issues
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in B2C or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
