π Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a database of healthcare clients: hospitals, clinics, doctors
* Research and update data through online sources
* Reach out via WhatsApp, calls, emails to fix appointments with Doctors or Management
* Schedule & follow up for presentations by our core team
* Maintain daily tracking & updates on Cloud
* Support basic social media outreach and client profiling
* Collaborate with our design team to align outreach messaging and material
π οΈ Skills Required:
* Strong communication & follow-up skills (Marathi/Hindi/English)
* Basic knowledge of all the social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
* Comfortable using Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Sheets
* Self-motivated and well-organized
* Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Mass Comm, Healthcare or related fields

π About the Role
Do you love solving problems, helping people, and being the voice of a brand? Weβre looking for a Customer Service Executive who can handle client queries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
Youβll play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued every step of the way.
π¬ Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for incoming client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Understand client needs and guide them to the right solution or team
Track and follow up on service inquiries or issues to ensure timely resolution
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate internally with design, digital, and strategy teams to resolve issues
Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and experience
Occasionally assist with scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and support documents
π§ Who Weβre Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Marathi/Hindi)
Good listener with a calm and positive attitude
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Excel, WhatsApp Business
Prior experience in a client-facing or support role preferred (1+ year ideal)
A problem solver and team player
