MAIN DUTIES OF THIS POSITION
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets
• Assist in developing and executing sales targets within target accounts
• Capture new clients for BSECURE through our customer-led approach
• Develop new sources of business through new channels and customers
• Develop our approach and tools required for selling our products
• To identify, develop and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities for BSECURE are acted upon. To gather a clear view of a prospect’s reasons for engaging BSECURE and required key deliverables to allow compelling propositions to be created, presented and closed as appropriate
• For all new clients, prepare a client brief for the Client Manager, effecting the handover of the relationship into the delivery phase
• Identify, organise and attend relevant networking events further to follow up all leads gathered
• Identify, create business case for and, upon approved, manage the company’s attendance at suitable business development/lead generation
• To further develop relationships with existing business partners and identify and develop opportunities with new partners.
• To research resources available to BSECURE and to scan competitor offerings to ensure the range of services continues to offer good value for clients. To make suggestions to the MD when any new opportunities for service enhancement are identified.
• To support the Client Manager in delivering commissioned client Marketing agency activities, by providing expert advice on marketing strategies and tactical activity as required

• Increase sales through the identification and cultivation of new customers
• Develop a detailed database of potential new customer/clients for the business
• Arrange introductory meetings for senior management and prospective customers
• Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
• Organisation and coordination of all promotional activities
• Organising and attending trade shows and exhibitions
• Preparing and maintaining all promotional materials
• Preparation of sales presentations for customer meetings
• Upkeep and validation of sales pipeline
• Analysis and feedback of sales performance
• Management and accuracy of CRM and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion
• Researching new market opportunities
• Researching new product areas for the company
• Carry out analysis of the overall competitive landscape, identifying key markets and trends
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous sales experience, supported by proof of meeting or exceeding targets and positive customer references
• Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers)
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in a marketing support role
• Experience of selling to large enterprises, primarily in the Education domain and or regulated industries sector, accustomed to working at C-level
• Prior experience of working in a start-up technology company would be advantageous
• A Sales / Marketing qualification
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
