That’s because the 16 MB MSR (Reserved) partition is not meant for Windows installation.
✅ Look for the larger Primary partition on Drive 1
⚠️ Be careful with Drive 0 – Data (232.5 GB Dynamic) if it contains important files.
❌ Never delete or format partitions unless you’re sure what they contain.
A small partition mistake can lead to data loss, so always verify the drive and partition before proceeding.

🔧 Try This Installation Method

Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.
Click Add device.

📦 How to Extract RAR Files with Multiple Parts

Have you downloaded files like:

🔹 file.part1.rar
🔹 file.part2.rar
🔹 file.part3.rar

Don’t worry — you don’t need to extract or join them manually!

💻 Follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Keep all parts together
Make sure part1, part2, part3, etc. are in the same folder.

2️⃣ Open Part 1
Right-click on file.part1.rar and open it with WinRAR or 7-Zip.

3️⃣ Extract the files
Choose Extract Here or Extract to...

4️⃣ Let the software do the work
WinRAR/7-Zip will automatically read the other parts and combine them during extraction.

⚠️ Important:
❌ Don’t extract each .rar part separately.
❌ Don’t rename the parts randomly.
✅ Make sure all parts are downloaded completely.

If your Brother DCP-B7535DW is showing “Receiving Data” continuously and not printing, try these steps:

Press and hold the Stop/Exit button for about 4 seconds to cancel the print job.
Wait around 30 seconds and check if the printer returns to Ready.
If it remains stuck, turn the printer OFF, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back ON.
Clear the print queue on your computer:
Windows → Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners
Select Brother DCP-B7535DW
Open Print queue
Cancel all pending documents.
Try printing a small document again.
