We are looking for a brilliant Junior sales representative to provide strong lead generation and support to our designers in our multidisciplinary Design Studio . We’re a small team, rather like a
family and as such we need someone who is highly organized and flexible; someone who possesses strong attention to detail and thrives in a busy environment where you will communicate with various teams across the business.

A day in the life:
● Assisting the designers in completion and maintenance of in house records and filing –
design files and spreadsheets on the computer and physical samples and submissions.
● Assisting with researching trends and inspiration, comparative analysis & competitor
observation. Helping to collate information ready for presentation to wider teams.
● Assisting the designer with management of the design critical path to ensure business
deadlines are met.
● Ensuring sample comments from the designers are fed back to clients effectively and
further sampling requested as necessary.
● Assisting the team in management of samples and submissions.
● Actively engaging in ethical and environmental improvements to our sourcing.
● Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade
factor.
● Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
● Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
What we look for in you:
● Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel.
● Aptitude to learn. Degree or equivalent qualification in management or design.
● Excellent communication skills.
● A developing understanding of branding, user experience design & graphic design.
● Ability to multi-task and work happily in a busy, whilst friendly atmosphere.
● Good organizational skills. Never missing a trick, with great attention to detail.
● Ability to get things done and improvise as required with a ‘can do’ attitude.
