When Independence Became a Team Challenge! 🇮🇳

This Independence Day, Adroit Infosol celebrated the spirit of India in a way that was far beyond the usual celebrations! 🇮🇳✨

For our 80th Independence Day, we took our team on an exciting journey through “IN: Escaped British Raj” — a unique patriotic escape-game experience designed to test teamwork, knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and a little bit of strategy! 🧩🔐

From one station to another, every team had to crack challenges, clear their stations, collect clues, and finally generate the ultimate station code to complete the mission. What made it even more special was how much we learned about India's patriotic history while having an incredible amount of fun together.

It wasn't just a game. It was a reminder that when different minds come together with one goal, every challenge becomes an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and succeed.🤝And of course, no Indian celebration is complete without Samosa & Motichur Ladoo! 😋🇮🇳

Our First Friday Knowledge Sharing Session once again proved that learning becomes more meaningful when we learn from each other.
This month, one of our team members Ankit Mishra has delivered an insightful and engaging session on “From Chatbots to Digital Employees” — exploring how AI is evolving beyond simple conversations and transforming the way we work, collaborate, and think about the future of digital workplaces.

We are proud to share that the session received an impressive 83/100, evaluated across multiple parameters including interaction, communication, presentation skills, content quality, engagement, and overall delivery.👏

Our First Friday initiative is more than a knowledge-sharing activity; it is an opportunity to step forward, express ideas, learn from others, receive constructive feedback, and continuously become better.
