Some careers are defined by the numbers they manage. Others are shaped by the integrity, trust, and people behind those numbers. For Partha Dasgupta, what began as an opportunity in Finance grew into a journey of more than two decades at Etech, leading to his role as Senior Finance Leader.
Here's Partha's story, in his own words:
"My journey with Etech began in September 2003. After a brief break, I rejoined in April 2004 as part of the Finance team. What started as an opportunity to build my career has grown into a journey of more than two decades filled with learning, challenges, responsibilities, and meaningful relationships. Today, I feel privileged to be leading the India Finance team across three different entities.
Over the years, Etech's philosophy of Servant Leadership has influenced the way I look at leadership. To me, leadership is not simply about a title or authority. It is about serving and supporting people, taking ownership, earning trust, leading with integrity, and helping others succeed.
One recognition that remains especially meaningful to me is being honored three times with Etech's Character Commitments Award in the Integrity category. As a Finance professional, integrity has always been at the core of how I approach my responsibilities and decisions.
This journey has also taught me to embrace change, challenge the status quo, learn from mistakes, and continuously look for better ways to serve the organization and our people.
I am deeply grateful to all the leaders who trusted and guided me, the colleagues who supported and challenged me, and my team members who continue to teach me something every day.
More than two decades later, I still believe there is more to learn, more people to serve, more to improve, and more to contribute.
Grateful for the journey and excited for the road ahead."
A reminder from Partha's journey: True leadership is built on integrity, earned through trust, and strengthened by a commitment to serving others.
