About the job
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to Recruitment and basic knowledge of HR Admin work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment
- Find candidates offline (i.e.: Linkedin, Social media, Local institutes, or other references)and online portal
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Followup with candidates till joining
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Interview process and joining formalities
- Take initiative part in office cultural activities and encourage team
Requirements
- Female candidates only need to apply (Experience 06 months - 1 year)
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferable
