For Apply online form of constables in the 02 Border / 02 Women Constable posts, Jammu and Kashmir J&K Police will be applied from 04 March 2022. Application for the post of Police Constable in J&K must be submitted by April 2, 2022. This is a requirement that candidates who are qualified for PET/PST and qualified PET/PST again, as they are now eligible for the JKP written examination. Similarly, candidates who failed the JK PET/PST will not be accepted if they apply again.

Educational Qualification
To qualify for the 2700 constable positions in the Police department of J&K, applicants must have passed Matriculation from a recognized board or council by the last date available for the submission of the application form for J&K Police Vacancy 2022.
Age Limit
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 28 Years
Candidates born before 01-01-1994and after 31-12-2003
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules
The candidate must be within the age group of 18-28 years as on 1st day of January 2022.(The candidates born before 01.01.1994 and after 31.12.2003 shall not be eligible.) However, EX- Service up to the upper age limit of 48 years, SPO’s/VHG’s of 37 years
The candidate who were below 28 years of the time of issuance of earlier advertisement notification but could not apply being on permanent residents and have now eligibility in view of being domicile of UT J&K and have crossed upper age limit shall also be eligible.
Physical Standard Test (PST) :
Based on the performance in Physical Standard Test (PST) conducted at various centres finalized by the Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board’s shortlisted male and female candidates will be required to Qualify PST for Next Selection Stage.
