ಇನ್‌ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಅತಿಸ್ಥೂಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ತೂಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು Manipal Hospitals, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುನ General, Minimal Access & Metabolic Surgery ವಿಭಾಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾದ Dr. Sathis N. ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

👥 ಸುಮಾರು 66 ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಈ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ತೂಕ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಅತಿಸ್ಥೂಲತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಪಾಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು.

ಇನ್‌ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿಗಾರರ ನಡುವೆ ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, CPR & AED ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು Prakriya Hospital ನ Dr. Sreedhara Raju Urs K ಅವರು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

👥 ಒಟ್ಟು 78 ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿಗಾರರು ಈ ತರಬೇತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, CPR ಮತ್ತು AED ಬಳಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಜೀವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ತಂತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದರು.

ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿತ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ, ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಲು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು.

Incap India recently organized a basic life support, CPR & AED training session to strengthen emergency preparedness among employees and trainees.

The program was led by Dr. Sreedhara Raju Urs K from Prakriya Hospital.

👥 A total of 78 employees and trainees participated in the session and were trained in essential life-saving techniques, including basic life support, CPR, and the use of AED.

Through hands-on demonstrations and guided practice, participants gained the confidence to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
