Here's the 5-step process:
📋 Step 1 — Create your columns: Booth No, Voter ID, Name, Age, Gender, Family Head, Mobile, Community, Past Vote, Likely Voter, Issue & Notes.
📥 Step 2 — Import your booth voter list. Convert PDF → Excel → Spreadsheet.
👥 Step 3 — Add booth captains. Give edit access only to their assigned booth.
🔍 Step 4 — Use filter view. Filter by Women, Age 18–35, Swing Voters & specific booths.
📅 Step 5 — Review weekly. Find gaps, plan outreach & update records.
The result? A live dashboard showing 12,458 total voters, 7,892 likely voters, across 156 booths — all in one place.
