The Importance of Having A Website for Any Business
One of the most surprising things when you look at small businesses is how many of them don't have a website. You would think that in this day and age everybody would know how important a website is for all businesses. Clearly that is not the case. Any business that does not have a website is missing out on one of the most powerful marketing tools available to them.
The main reason that it is important for businesses to have a website is how people are likely to find you. These days most people will go online and research products and companies before they make a purchase, if you don't have a website you are missing out on all of this potential business. Even if people don't buy your product online they are still likely to research it online so you have to have a website so these people can learn about your business.
A website is also important because it helps you establish credibility as a business. Most people just assume that you have a website since the vast majority of businesses do, at least the vast majority of big companies do. There are actually still quite a few small businesses that don't have a website and without one this is exactly what they will remain. If you don't have a website that you can refer people to potential customers are going to assume that you are a small time company that does not take their business seriously. Once you establish this reputation it is going to be hard to make sales.
A website will not only give you credibility but it will also help to give the impression that your company is bigger and more successful than it may actually be. One of the great things about the internet is that the size of your company does not really matter. There is no reason that you can't get your site to rank in Google ahead of a large multinational competitor and funnel off some of their traffic. This is a big part of the reason that a website is even more important for a small business than a big one, it tends to level the playing field.
Clearly there are still a lot of small businesses that do not have websites, there are various reasons for this but mostly it comes down to the belief that they are expensive. It is rather surprising how much small business owners believe a website will cost them. In truth a website can be built for very little money and if you are on a tight budget you can even get free websites. Remember you don't need a giant ten thousand page website for your business, just a simple site that tells people about your company and your products will be more than enough.

कुछ नन्हीं चींटीयां रोज अपने काम पर समय से आती थी और अपना काम अपना काम समय पर करती थी.....

वे जरूरत से ज्यादा काम करके भी खूब खुश थी.......

जंगल के राजा शेर नें एक दिन चींटीयों को काम करते हुए देखा, और आश्चर्यचकित हुआ कि चींटीयां बिना किसी निरीक्षण के काम कर रही थी........

उसने सोचा कि अगर चींटीयां बिना किसी सुपरवाईजर के इतना काम, कर रही थी तो जरूर सुपरवाईजर के साथ वो अधिक काम कर सकती थी.......

उसनें काक्रोच को नियुक्त किया जिसे सुपर्वाईजरी का 10 साल का अनुभव था, और वो रिपोर्टों का बढ़िया अनुसंधान करता था .....

काक्रोच नें आते ही साथ सुबह आने का टाइम, लंच टाईम और जाने का टाईम निर्धारित किया, और अटेंडेंस रजिस्टर बनाया.....

उसनें अपनी रिपोर्टें टाईप करने के लिये, सेकेट्री भी रखी....

उसनें मकड़ी को नियुक्त किया जो सारे फोनों का जवाब देता था और सारे रिकार्डों को मेनटेन करता था......

शेर को काक्रोच की रिपोर्टें पढ़ कर बड़ी खुशी हुई, उसने काक्रोच से कहा कि वो प्रोडक्शन एनालिसिस करे और, बोर्ड मीटिंग में प्रस्तुत करने के लिये ग्राफ बनाए......

इसलिये काक्रोच को नया कम्प्यूटर और लेजर प्रिंटर खरीदना पड़ा.........

और उसनें आई टी डिपार्टमैंट संभालने के लिए मक्खी को नियुक्त किया........

चींटी जो शांति के साथ अपना काम पूरा करना चाहती थी इतनी रिपोर्टों को लिखकर और मीटिंगों से परेशान होने लगी.......

शेर ने सोचा कि अब वक्त आ गया है कि जहां चींटी काम करती है वहां डिपार्टमेंट का अधिकारी नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिये....

उसनें झींगुर को नियुक्त किया, झींगुर ने आते ही साथ अपने आॅफिस के लिये कार्पेट और ए.सी. खरीदा.....

नये बाॅस झींगुर को भी कम्प्यूटर की जरूरत पड़ी और उसे चलाने के लिये वो अपनी पिछली कम्पनी में काम कर रही असिस्टंेट को भी नई कम्पनी में ले आया.........

चींटीयां जहां काम कर रही थी वो दुःख भरी जगह हो गयी जहां सब एक दूसरे पर आदेश चलाते थे और चिल्लाते रहते थें......

झींगुर ने शेर को कुछ समय बाद बताया कि आॅफिस मे टीमवर्क कमजोर हो गया है और माहौल बदलने के लिए कुछ करना चाहिये......

चींटीयों के डिपार्टमेंट की रिव्यू करते वक्त शेर ने देखा कि पहले से उत्पादकता बहुत कम हो गयी थी.......

उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के लिये शेर ने एक प्रसिद्ध कंसलटेंट उल्लू को नियुक्त किया.......

उल्लू नें चींटीयों के विभाग का गहन अघ्ययन तीन महीनों तक किया फिर उसनें अपनी 1200 पेज की रिपोर्ट दी जिसका निष्कर्ष था कि विभाग में बहुत ज्यादा लोग हैं..... जो कम करने की आवश्यकता है......

सोचिये शेर ने नौकरी से किसको निकाला....???
नन्हीं चींटीयों को..........
क्योंकि उसमें “ नेगेटिव एटीट्यूड, टीमवर्क, और मोटिवेशन की कमी थी.......“
इसे कहते है*** कारपोरेट कल्चर!!

मैं कम बोलता हूं, पर कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि जब मैं
बोलता हूं तो बहुत बोलता हूं.
मुझे लगता है कि मैं ज्यादा सोचता हूं मगर उनसे पूछ कर
देखिये जिन्हे मैंने बिन सोचे समझे जाने क्या क्या
कहा है!
मैं जैसा खुद को देखता हूं, शायद मैं वैसा नहीं हूं.......
कभी कभी थोड़ा सा चालाक और कभी बहुत भोला
भी...
कभी थोड़ा क्रूर और कभी थोड़ा भावुक भी......मैं एक बहुत आम इन्सान हूं जिसके कुछ सपने हैं...कुछ टूटे
हैं और बहुत से पूरे भी हुए हैं...पर मैं भी एक आम आदमी
की तरह् अपनी ज़िन्दगी से सन्तुष्ट नही हूं...
मुझे लगता है कि मैं नास्तिक भीहूं थोड़ा सा...थोड़ा
सा विद्रोही...परम्परायें तोड़ना चाहता हूं ...और
कभी कभी थोड़ा डरता भी हूं...
मुझे खुद से बातें करना पसंद है और दीवारों से भी...
बहुत से और लोगों की तरह मुझे भी लगता है कि मैं बहुत
अकेला हूं...
मैं बहुत मजबूत हूं और बहुत कमजोर भी...
लोग कहते हैं लड़कों को नहीं रोना चाहिये... पर मैं
रोता भी हूं... और मुझे इस पर गर्व है क्योंकि मैं कुछ
ज्यादा महसूस करता हूं...
