Twozo CRM conducted a 1-Day Interactive Workshop on “CRM & Modern Business Practices” at Francis Xavier Engineering College, Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli, on 24 September 2026.

The workshop gave students an opportunity to understand CRM from a practical business perspective and explore how modern organizations use technology to manage customers, sales, and business operations.

It was a wonderful day of interaction, knowledge sharing, and meaningful conversations with the students.
