1. PHP Developer Interns
------------------------------
Hiring PHP Developers - Interns (Min of 1 year experience preferred) for an on-going development & support projects.
If you are college pass outs between 2024-2025 having expert knowledge in PHP Development Stacks such as jQuery, Java Script, Ajax, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap and are available immediately for work, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
------------------------
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in PHP Development, Deployment and Support will only be considered
✅ Strong knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, and APIs
✅ Experience with front-end technologies (Ajax, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Has undergone training and completed with certificates, will also be considered
Mandatory/Required Work Details:
✅ At present, CSPL is looking for direct Candidates and/or not looking for any companies, agencies and/or group of working persons.
✅ We are not a training center and We do not provide trainings, candidates should be well versed with the concepts of PHP Stack, working knowledge preferred
✅ Candidates who are interested to take up the work immediately only apply.

✅ Candidates closer to Trichy and nearby areas will only by considered at this time. (outside Trichy candidates please do not apply).
✅ Hybrid opportunity with (Mandatory) - 3 days working from ODC Trichy office.
Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or a related field
✅ Proven track record on knowledge of PHP Tech Stacks
✅ Strong understanding of Customized Application Development, ERP solutions, SaaS, and staff augmentation services.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Proficient in using Software Methodologies.
✅ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
✅ Willingness to write codes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Marketing, Sales and Business Development within the technology sector, particularly in Customized Application Development, Managed Services, ERP Solutions, SaaS, and staff augmentation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with local clients.
Key Requirements:

✅ Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of Customized Application Development, ERP, SaaS, and staff augmentation.
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth with CSPL.
✅ Ability to arrive quickly at a Costing strategy on the Sales.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
✅ Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
✅ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
✅ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
✅ Have a solid grip on the local markets & International Markets
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
✅ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand professional network.
✅ Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.
