Offer period:

Offer shall be valid from 6th April 2016 to 25th April 2016.

All Smartphones & Tablets priced at or above Rs. 6,000/- (“Products”) including any new launches during the offer period.

Offer valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above

Offer not valid on refurbished Products.
Offer valid in the State of Assam only.
Available on purchases from General Trade_(Exclusive & Non exclusive) (“Outlet”)
Offer not applicable on purchases made from e-commerce websites or any other Outlet other than the one’s mentioned above.

Participation Criteria:

Participant needs to purchase the new Product from the Outlet during the Offer Period and activate the same by inserting a Sim card. Once the Product is activated the IMEI number of the Product will get registered with Samsung database.

Prize Details/Prize Matrix:

The winners shall be eligible to win a Motorbike. There shall be 50 winners who shall be selected during the Offer Period by way of lucky draws.

There shall be five (05) lucky draws which shall be conducted during the Offer Period. 1st draw shall be conducted on 10th April 2016 for the period 6th April to 9th April 2016, 2nd Draw shall be conducted on 14th April 2016 for the period 10th April to 13th April 2016, 3rd draw shall be conducted 18th April 2016 for the period 14th April to 17th April 2016, 4th draw shall be conducted on 22nd April 2016 for the period 18th April to 21st April 2016 and the 5th draw shall be conducted on 26th April 2016 for the period 22nd April to 25th April 2016.

The IMEIs activated during the 6th April to 9th April 2016 shall only be eligible for the first lucky draw and not for the 2nd or subsequent lucky draws. Similarly, the IMEIs activated during 10th April to 13th April 2016 shall be eligible only for the 2nd lucky draw and not for the 3rd and subsequent lucky draw and so on.

Documents to be submitted by the Participant for availing the Prize
Following documents needs to be submitted within 20 days either from date of intimation to the winner through telephone/SMS/email or from the declaration of the winners on http://www.samsung.com/in/offer/bihu/tnc.html whichever is earlier.

1. Name, Address, Contact number, Alternate Mobile number, email id

2. Copy of Invoice for the purchase – whether within the offer period

3. Copy of PAN card

4. Valid POA & POI – Aadhaar card, Driving licence, electricity bill (not older than last 6 months)

5. Any other document as informed or required by the Company

For collecting the Prizes winners needs to carry the originals of the above mentioned documents
