Position:
Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and increase company sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
Meet potential clients and explain company products/services
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project ex*****on
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and marketing abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/Tally knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
MBA Marketing preferred (optional)
Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in sales/business development is an added advantage
Salary:
Based on experience and performance
Incentives & travel allowance may be provided
