I've ordered a zebronics cpu on 24th Feb 2017. The seller's name is AU Solutions. Reference Ashish Kumar. Order description for the said cpu was tower with core 2 duo processor, 4 gb ram (ddr 3), 250 gb hdd. But all I received was an OLD USED EMPTY CABINET. I've requested a return. But the E-KART guys came in and said they'd take that empty cabinet back. Till now no one came to pick up. The order no is OD608473361716201000. I've patios the cash fully. I need immediate response from you guys. I've added the photos here with this complaint.

But am recived cpu cabinet only and am informed to toll free 18002089898 they told we will replace proper one within 15 days but still not recived a new product pls my dear friend don't order online, if you need Any information pl contact me 9715710100 waste my money Rs 8150/ rupees, for your kind attention don't pay unless open the parcel....
