IIT Patna emerged as the winner of Acsia Hackathon 2025 – a 24-hour national innovation challenge hosted at our Technopark Phase III campus in Thiruvananthapuram.
Join us in congratulating the champions of Acsia Hackathon 2025:
• First Prize – Adhithyan V. P. (IIT Patna) – AI Copilot for predictive risk and workload management.
• Second Prize – Sridharan S. (Amrita, Chennai) – SmartCockpit AI, a generative in-car assistant.
• Third Prize – Glenn Mathews & Nandana Murali (SCT, Thiruvananthapuram) – MatchMakerAI, an AI-based project staffing tool.
• Special Mention – Ezhil Srikanth M. & Giridhar N. (Chennai Institute of Technology) – Wizard AI, for intelligent team formation.
Renowned author, scholar, and academician Dr. Achuthsankar Nair, who was the Chief Guest of the Valedictory Ceremony, gave away the prizes to the winners.
Held on 31 October and 1 November, under the guidance of our strategic advisor (academic), Dr. Arun Surendran, the event attracted over 300 registrations from 92 premier educational institutions, including five IITs, with 14 finalist teams comprising 24 students competing in the final round. The hackathon was organised in collaboration with µLearn and the IEEE Kerala Section.

Mr. Anil Shahul Hameed, VP Engineering, Acsia, Mr. Deepu S Nath, Managing Director, FAYA and Chief Volunteer, µLearn, and Mr. Rejeesh R Pillai, VP New Initiatives, Acsia, also addressed the participants.
