Responsibilities

Lead the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, creating bank accounts for new joinee’s and entering data into google one drive.

Conduct Exit procedures like exit meetings, exit form filling, preparing experience certificates and salary certificate.

Organizing employee engagement activities and team building activities every week. In-charge of festival celebrations, company anniversary, employee birthdays, work anniversaries, new joinees introduction.

In-charge of Social Media postings (Indeed, Facebook etc).

Must be well versed with statutory compliances like P Tax, ESIC, PF, TDS. Should have in depth knowledge of labour laws.

Maintaining attendance and be the primary backup for payroll processing and disbursement of salary to employee’s.

Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeeping of employee handbook and organizational chart.
