We are excited to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Trois Infotech and Gaude Business & Infrastructure Solutions . This partnership marks the beginning of a powerful collaboration focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence and ethical AI practices.
As part of this collaboration, we will explore the integration of Gaude's proprietary AI Framework “AiCCEL”, a guardrail system developed to ensure ethical AI implementations, with Trois’s advanced AI-driven platforms.
This MoU also recognizes Trois Infotech as a Strategic Business Partner for India, the Middle East, and Africa regions, further expanding our footprint and reinforcing our commitment to innovation-driven growth across these geographies.
The MoU was formally signed in the presence of key representatives from both organizations. From Trois Infotech, Jithesh T (CEO), and from Gaude Business and Infrastructure Solutions, the delegation included Asheesh Akleker (Chairman), Navanath Pendurkar (Global CEO), Abbhijet Ghag (Director), Sumesh M Nair (Founder & CTO), and Capt. Nitin Dhage (Director).
Together, Trois Infotech and Gaude Business and Infrastructure Solutions are setting the stage for impactful, responsible, and scalable AI applications across industries.

We had an inspiring day filled with collaboration, curiosity, and continuous growth during our latest Training & Capacity Building session at Trois Infotech. Our CEO, Jithesh T, and COO, Regil Raghavan, addressed the team, sharing powerful motivational insights that energized everyone.

The highlight of the event was the presence of our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Ambujam Nair Kapoor, Director at Trois and former Scientist G (Senior Deputy Director General) at ICMR. Her inspiring address left a lasting impression on everyone present, motivating us to reach greater heights.

Aswin Dev M, Junior Software Engineer, conducted an engaging session on Generative AI, diving into its core concepts, real-world applications, and transformative potential across industries.
