Job Description :-
1. Head Of Hardware Designing
Qualification: Engineering Graduates (Any stream in Electronics) + minimum 4 years of experience in embedded Linux hardware design only
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Design the hardware for products/projects
Submit the report of each stage to production manager
Inform the production manager for required H.R recruitment for assisting him
Manage and monitor the designers under him
He should be able to schedule the work
Skill: -
Should have deep knowledge in Embedded Linux board & embedded circuits and other hardware knowledge in basic electronics and circuit designing.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
2. Hardware Designer
Qualification: Engineering Graduates (Any stream in Electronics) + minimum 2 years of experience in Linux hardware only
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Do the circuit design as per the head of department’s instruction
Submit the report to the head of department
Simulation & breadboard testing
Skill:-
Embedded Linux boards handling ability
Electronic circuit designing
Deep knowledge in basic electronics
3. Head Of Software
Qualification: - Engineering Graduates (Any stream in Electronics) + minimum 4 years of experience in embedded Linux programming only
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Ability to write embedded Linux programming code
Monitor and managing programmers under him
Ability to appoint programmers for new project under him
Inform the production manager for required HR recruitment for assist him
He should be able to schedule the work
Submit the report of each stage of projects to production manager
Skill:-
Programming skill in embedded Linux
Programming skill in Embedded C
Basic programming skills in C/C++
Basic Knowledge in Programming languages
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
4. Programmer
Qualification: - Engineering Graduates (Any stream in Electronics) + 2 years of experience in Embedded C & Embedded Linux only
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Do the programming given by the programming head
Submit the report to the programming head
Skill:-
Programming skill in Embedded C
Basic programming skill in C/C++
5. Head of PCB Designing
Qualification: - Engineering Graduates (Any stream in Electronics) + 4 years of experience in PCB designing only
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Should be capable of designing multilayer PCB
Should have experience in designing of Linux boards (High Frequency)
Should be able to design any electric/electronic circuits
Submit the report to the production manager for each stage of project
Skill:-
Advanced designing skills in the ORCAD, EAGLE, Altium designing tools
High Frequency designing
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
6. PCB Designer
Qualification: - B. Tech/Diploma + 2 years of experience in PCB designing only
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Should be able to design multilayer PCB
Should have experience in designing of electric/electronic circuits
Submit the report to the head of PCB designer
Skill: -
Designing skills in the ORCAD/ EAGLE/ Altium designing tools
7. AutoCAD Designer
Qualification: - Degree/Diploma + 3 years of experience in AutoCAD designing only
Skill:-
Should be capable of designing Envelope/outer cover/outer case of a new product from scratch
Should be capable of designing a product having good look & feel
Should be good in AutoCAD Software
Should design a product having exact dimension and AutoCAD file should be able to deliver to the outer cover manufactures
8. Office Assistant
Qualification: - Any Degree
Skill:-
Should know deep knowledge in MS office (Word and Excel)
Should be able to communicate between Engineers & Administration Office
Should be able to do documentation works
