Customer feedback tells you things a case study never will.

When deadlines get tight, what clients actually remember isn't the codebase, it's whether someone showed up, took ownership, and didn't disappear when things got hard.

That's why this note from the Schneider Electric team meant a lot to us. They took the time to recognize how we handled a critical deployment, the kind of pressure where corners are easy to cut and trust is easy to lose. Ours didn't.
