Campaign Story - My name is Mohd Azad and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Manatasha Bano who is 10 years old. Manatasha Bano lives in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh with her parents. Manatasha Bano is studying at the 4th standard. Manatasha Bano is suffering from Phosphorus deficiency for more than a year. She is currently admitted and receiving both leg knee surgery at SRCC CHILDREN HOSPITAL. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 200000. we've arranged amount from savings & loans.
