· L0 : 24*7 support (0-2 years exp)

· Should know Java, .NET, Webcenter/ODI



JD :

§ L1 & L2 should have knowledge of Flexcube and should know:

§ BI / reporting

§ Channels

§ Corporate

§ Digital

§ Enterprise

§ Payment

§ Retail Asset

§ Retail Liabilities

§ Treasury



· L1: 24 X 7 on-seat coverage (1-3 years exp)

· Proactive monitoring

· Start of the end and end of the day checks

· Call management from internal YBL users

· Alert management

· Batch error resolution

· Handle request for fulfilment (RF)

· Initial trouble shooting of the tickets

· Provide inputs to L2 and 3rd Party vendor teams



· L2 (3-5 years exp) : 7 AM – 11 PM on-seat and beyond office hours lean L2 team will provide on-call support for any critical issues (Sev1 and Sev2)

· Handle tickets escalated by L1 (IN and RF)

· Expertise required to close the ticket

· Problem management – Find RCA and fix the issue

· Create SOP, KEDB for L0/L1 team

· Enhance L1 team knowledge by trainings
