Job Description : Development & Delivery Head
The resource would be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all software projects for Indonesia.
Primary KRA would be
To lead the delivery and development team working on multiple projects across Telecom, Enterprise and Fintech domain for Middle East market
Be the lead for software architect, design, choice of technologies, tools, processes, practices
Do the complete project planning for development both in AGILE and Waterfall model
Be hands-on with team to ensure that modular development across team fits well
Lead Design ,Development, Documentation, Code Versioning, Release Management, Change Management, L3/L4 Support practices for all projects
To work with business development, presale and product team for complete understanding of project / product requirements and ensure quality and timely delivery
Review Test Cases
Review QA artifacts and results
Ensure necessary support for Customer UAT sign offs
Co-work with Sales Team as pre-sale lead to respond to RFP’s / any leads from market for the product
Essential Attributes for the position
Past experience in Software Development
Very Strong Technology understanding in full Stack JAVA Development – must have worked on Core Java, Springs, Hibernates, Angular, Java Script, Node, Web-services – REST, SOAP etc
Must have good understanding of enterprise wide SAO , EAI , ESB integrations
Must have worked on RDBMS – MySQL,Oracle and NoSQL , Mongo DB etc
Understanding of Social media , payment , telco integrations , protocols like Jabber, Firebase, SMPP, Diameter etc would be an advantage
Understanding of BI/ Analytics tools would be an advantage
Experience of Mobile App Development in Android , iOS would be an advantage
Working experience of Testing tools like JMeter, Selinium etc would be an advantage
Working experience of CI Toolks like Jenkins, DevOps tools like Ancible, Chef would be an advantage
Must have worked in Linux , Apache, NGinx – open source technologies
Strategic and logical thinking
Absolutely updated in terms of Domain knowledge on subjects as listed above Understanding of Product lifecycle
