How we are different
IRTM strongly believes the knowledge delivery cycle is not complete until students know how to employ best practices to apply that knowledge. We are the only institute that have strong emphasis on the practical application of knowledge; the reason we have made on the job training a part of our software training courses.
We provide students with on-the-job training in software companies that makes them aware of the skills, knowledge and competencies required to perform a specific job in work environment. While the goal of our OJT is to help students get practical application of knowledge, it also helps in instilling basic aspects of work culture.
