A real implementation story is stronger than a feature list.

Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math previously managed devotee information through a desktop application connected to a local database server. The process created challenges around server maintenance, data access, verification and manual data handling.

Zitraar built DIKSHA - a customised Devotee Management Application using Zoho Creator, integrated with Zoho WorkDrive and Zepto Mail.

One of the clearest transformations was data import.

A process that previously took multiple weeks and several volunteers can now be completed in minutes through an automated bulk-import, validation and verification process.

The implementation also improved devotee search, verification and mapping, communication, reporting and cloud-based access.

This is what implementation proof should look like:

Could ownership be clearer?

For years, the business-software story was about moving work into apps.

The next shift is different: apps are becoming more active participants in the work.

Gartner's March 2026 research on AI-native CRM highlights an emerging CRM landscape in which AI agents are increasing in autonomy and interoperability.

Zoho CRM is already moving in this direction. Zia can help users retrieve CRM information and work with CRM data conversationally, while Zoho also positions AI agents as capable of executing sales tasks autonomously.

A great experience at Zoho Developers Day 2026.
