Subject: Awareness regarding the Private Universties in Chhattisgarh State in public interest.
Dear Coordinator,
This is to bring to your kind information that, Dr.C.V.Raman University, Bilaspur is the only university in Chhattisgarh State, which is having the approval of Joint Committee for its Distance Education Programmes. The constituents of the Joint Committee are UGC-AICTE-DEB (Distance Education Bureau). However, two other universities of Chhattisgarh are also running Distance courses in the state, but their programmes are not approved by the Joint Committee. These universities are Pt. Sunderlal Sharma(Open) University, Bilaspur and MATS University, Raipur.
Pt. Sunderlal Sharma (Open) University is a Govt. University and MATS University is a Private University. The Distance Education Bureau has permitted Pt. Sunderlal Sharma (Open) University to run its courses but, the bureau has not given permission to the MATS University to run the Distance Education Programmed for the session 2013-14 and 2014-15 because of not fulfilling the norms and standards of the DEB. This can be verified from the Distance Education Bureau under the website of University Grant Commission (UGC).
Two other Private Universities recently established in Chhattisgarh State are ITM and Kalinga University. These universities are running their technical programmes like BE, M.Tech. without the prior approval of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and many other programmes are also run which are not approved by their concerned Regulatory Bodies.
From the above facts and findings, it is our duty to save the career of the students. So, please inform all the Students, Parents, Inquiries, Media, Govt. Officials as much as possible in the public interest.

इस Dr.CVRaman विश्वविद्यालय, बिलासपुर अपने दूरस्थ शिक्षा कार्यक्रम के लिए संयुक्त समिति के अनुमोदन हो रही है, जो छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में केवल विश्वविद्यालय है कि, आपकी जानकारी में लाना है. संयुक्त समिति के घटक यूजीसी एआईसीटीई-देब (दूरस्थ शिक्षा ब्यूरो) कर रहे हैं. हालांकि, छत्तीसगढ़ के दो अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों ने भी राज्य में दूरस्थ पाठ्यक्रम चला रहे हैं, लेकिन उनके कार्यक्रमों संयुक्त समिति द्वारा अनुमोदित नहीं कर रहे हैं. इन विश्वविद्यालयों पीटी कर रहे हैं. सुंदरलाल शर्मा (ओपन) विश्वविद्यालय, बिलासपुर और मैट विश्वविद्यालय, रायपुर.
पं.. सुंदरलाल शर्मा (ओपन) विश्वविद्यालय एक सरकार है. विश्वविद्यालय और मैट विश्वविद्यालय एक निजी विश्वविद्यालय है. दूरस्थ शिक्षा ब्यूरो पं. अनुमति दी है. सुंदरलाल शर्मा (ओपन) विश्वविद्यालय अपने पाठ्यक्रम चलाने लेकिन करने के लिए, ब्यूरो क्योंकि देब के मानदंडों और मानकों को पूरा नहीं कर के सत्र 2013-14 के लिए डिस्टेंस एजुकेशन प्रोग्राम को चलाने के लिए मैट विश्वविद्यालय को अनुमति और 2014-15 नहीं दिया है. इस विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) की वेबसाइट के तहत दूरस्थ शिक्षा ब्यूरो से सत्यापित किया जा सकता है.
हाल ही में छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में स्थापित दो अन्य निजी विश्वविद्यालयों आई टी और कलिंग विश्वविद्यालय हैं. इन विश्वविद्यालयों, एम. टेक इ तरह अपने तकनीकी कार्यक्रम चल रहे हैं. अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद (एआईसीटीई) और कई अन्य कार्यक्रमों के पूर्व अनुमोदन के बिना भी उनकी चिंतित नियामक निकायों द्वारा अनुमोदित नहीं कर रहे हैं जो चलाए जा रहे हैं.
उपरोक्त तथ्यों और निष्कर्षों से, यह छात्रों के कैरियर को बचाने के लिए हमारा कर्तव्य है. तो, सभी छात्रों, अभिभावकों, पूछताछ, मीडिया, सरकार को सूचित करें. जनता के हित में जितना संभव हो उतना अधिकारी शामिल हैं.
