For over 20 years, Abdul Malik, a devoted maths teacher from Kerala, India, swam across a river every single day to reach his school on time. No sick days. No delays. Just pure commitment. 🙌
Instead of spending over 3 hours on a crowded bus, he chose a 15-minute swim across the Kadalundipuzha River—rain or shine. With his clothes and lunch sealed in a plastic bag and a tire tube for support, his students nicknamed him the “Tube Master.”
But he didn’t just teach equations. He taught discipline, resilience, and even swimming and environmental awareness. 🌱💧
Now in an administrative role, he commutes by road. But the legacy he left behind? Still making waves. 🌊
A true reminder that when you have passion and purpose, no obstacle is too big. 💙👏
