JOB VACANCY FOR DATA ANALYST.
Job Purpose:
● Maintain data pipeline and conduct product data operations process
● Ensuring data accuracy and integrity from a business standpoint
● Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
● Assist with data standardization and defining data validation criteria
Responsibilities:
● Prepare an excel sheet from raw data from sources and import it to the web portal
● Validate complete information before entering data into software programs
● Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data, helping us to drive quality improvement that contributes to the continuous improvement of our reporting infrastructure, and standardize executive-level reporting and tracking
● Complex data refining, conducting root cause analysis resulting in achievable business recommendations
● Identify trends, patterns, and concerns emerging from the data
● Data Operations implementing checks to prevent issues and enhance the quality of the process
● Good Planning and organizing skills, which include the ability to prioritize issues/tasks and resolve them based on business requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
● 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
● Standard MIS formats
● Possesses strong data entry skills
● Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
● Good communication skills
● Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Contract length: Permanent after probation.
