When "Lagaan" meets learning! 🎬☀️
This weekend wasn’t just about chilling - it turned into an unexpected masterclass on teamwork, resilience, and jugaad.
We gathered to watch the making of the iconic film Lagaan, but not in a fancy setup. Instead, we pulled off a true jugaadu screening (yes, DIY screen and plenty of creativity 😄). And funnily enough, that setup was our first big takeaway:
"When you don’t have what you need, make the best of what you’ve got."
What made it even more special?
As we watched, we were jotting down our learnings and sharing them live with the team, turning the experience into a fun, collaborative reflection session.

We walked away inspired, with lessons that go beyond cinema - lessons we can apply to our personal lives, our professional goals, and every project we take on.
Who knew a weekend movie plan would end up sparking so many deep insights (and so much laughter)?
