1:-So here is the big news for our insta family that we got selected in top 10 most liked projects in india for year 2022 carried by .in & were felicitated with an award☺️🍾

Project Name:- The Modern आशियाना

So will take your time as this is not just a piece of wood in the form of award but its an achievement for us which remind us that work hard and success will automatically come towards u & at the same time emotional too as how a designer works day and night to give there best to provide an aesthetic & comfort to the client and turning there imagination into a reality.

Project name:- The Modern आशियाना

The Living room, the heart of a residence has been designed keeping au courant with the theme of life and nature. The green hue can be seen ever present in all the rooms keeping in touch with the continuity of all space in this apartment.
The living room has a plethora of colours accenting the monochrome tile and white ceiling . The owners wanted a feature wall so the Wall behind the TV unit was created such. The TV unit with its black colour anchors the different overtones in the area and the niche behind the terracotta partition creates a cove and distributes the place into different zones accommodating the needs of everyone who calls this place home.
A combination of neutral and contemporary look is emphasized by the use of wooden frames partitioning space without hindering the flow of the room , appropriate and befitting lighting fixture and use of natural light through the bay windows in every room without cluttering the living space.

"We were told by the homeowners wanted the kitchen space to be intact, easy to handle and all the more stylish. So we had to come up with a play of accents, lighting to make it as near perfect” says ID. Nitesh Chellaramani of Shalk Design Studio
