Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Surat
Job Type: Full-time
Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. This individual will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new and existing clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Developing and implementing business development plans and strategies.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new clients.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and providing market intelligence to the organization.
Networking with industry professionals and attending relevant events to build the company's reputation and profile.
Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Travel extensively(50%) all over India esp. Western & Southern Regions.
Find, Train and Deploy Junior Sales Executives at Key Locations.
Manage & Mentor Team and be Responsible for the Entire Sales Cycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
